COVID -19 Policy

We take the wellbeing and safety of our crew and clients incredibly seriously.
This policy is based on government guidelines and is designed to help our crew work safely during the COVID-19 pandemic.
Symptoms:

Any crew displaying symptoms such as a new, continuous cough, fever, loss of taste/smell are asked not to attend any shoot for 14 days.

Crew with a positive COVID-19 diagnosis should return to work only after fully recovering, with a doctor’s note confirming your recovery.

General hygiene rules for all crew:
Social distancing to be observed at all times.  Sound recordists to use booms at 2m, and contributors are to put radio mics on themselves under guidance.
For any shoot taking place indoors an N95 or higher grade mask should be worn by all crew at all times, and ventilation should be maximised by keeping all doors and windows open as much as possible.

Wash your hands after using the toilet, before eating, and if you cough/sneeze into your hands (follow the 20-second hand-washing rule). You should provide your own hand sanitizer and use it regularly.

Cough/sneeze into your sleeve, preferably into your elbow. If you use a tissue, discard it properly and clean/sanitize your hands immediately.

Open the windows regularly where possible to ensure open ventilation.

Avoid touching your face, particularly eyes, nose, and mouth with your hands.

Travelling/Commuting Measures:

Crew who have recently returned from areas with a high number of COVID-19 cases (based on WHO announcements), are asked not to attend a shoot for 14 calendar days, and to return to work only when fully asymptomatic.

Crew who have been in close contact with someone infected by COVID-19, with high chances of being infected yourself, should not attend a shoot for 14 calendar days, and to return to work only when fully asymptomatic.

In-person meetings should be done virtually where possible.

Public transport should be avoided as much as possible by all crew; travelling to and from shoots, and at all other times.

Crew who are planning to travel voluntarily to a high-risk country with increased COVID-19 cases, we’ll ask you not to attend a shoot for 14 calendar days. You will also be asked not to come into physical contact with any colleagues during this time.
